I’m trying to weave all parts of who I AM into my everyday life. Body. Mind. Spirit. You’ll be reading observations from the journey of a guy stumbling his way to:

After years on the planet – I’m finding out that good things happen when you bring All of who you are to every conversation. You become authentic – good, bad, ugly, beautiful.

It’s a risk, but I’m done trying to impress too many people. I quit living life so I could arrive safely at death. It’s become a Sacred Revolution. I’ve realized it starts in me.
