These ladies stopped us in our tracks as we were enjoying a lazy day at the river in S. India. We found out they were catching water from the springs and taking them up the mountain to fill water tanks used by guests at the National Park.
Made me realize that there is a certain honor and grace that comes with dedicating yourself to excellence in your work.
Dedication and loyalty says a lot about a person. How graceful are you in what others consider – tough times?
Wow! This is a reality check to make one ask…what are you doing in your life that shows this level of hard work & willingness to overcome and adapt?
On the flip side, what circumstances do these women live in that puts them in the position of having to do this type of work?
A word comes to mind…Grateful.
